To all the friends I lost over time

We all know them the lost ones. The ones you had in your life for a while and then all over a sudden they are gone. You never noticed it but suddenly you do. And then after thinking “why did that happen” you came to the conclusion that there might be no reason. Because they are the lost ones. You just lost them over time. It would be a lie if someone said they never had a lost friend over the years. Because we all do. If it was your former best friend or just a normal friend, they sometimes get lost. After having a conversation with a friend about someone we kind of lost, I started thinking what changed that we don't have as much contact as we used to. And I concluded that she must have been one of the lost ones. The ones you only have in your life for an amount of time before they vanish forever. And the question will always be why? Why do they got lost? Why do they vanish? And when did that happen? Questions that you ask yourself only once before they va

As you might know, today is women’s day! We, as women, should celebrate that day but also fight for equal rights, since still we don’t have the same right than men. I am not talking about having more right! NO! Same rights for example, equal payments, carrier, and the most important one education. Since in a lot of countries women/girls don’t have the opportunity to go to school because they have to help at home and take care of their brothers and sisters. Or their family needs money so they need to go to work or have to marry really early! They must help their family in every way they can!

January Blues and February Stripes

We all know the January blues! Where we are done with celebrating Christmas and new years eve and we ate too much to actually fit our clothes! But also, after saying goodbye to the old year everything gets kind of dark and we start the new year with a bit of a fashion blues! The start of everything might be hard for some people (yes including me!) where we have to get on with 2018 even thought our heads are still in 2017 wearing a red lip and dancing to “All I want for Christmas is you…”. When it comes to January/February we need to get on with our life and start all over again and getting some inspiration to keep going. Not only in the life department but also the fashion department. Because everything seems to be dark, basic and boring... Or at least we think so! After spending most of the time in January trying out to get out of the January blues I started to think what I can do to make my life a bit colourful! And the story all started with a little black and white stripy
